The Koto is a Japanese stringed instrument that was brought over from China between the 7th and 8th century. It has thirteen strings, each supported by a moveable bridge called a "ji" for adjusting the tuning. The strings are plucked with three picks called "tsume" worn on the thumb and first two fingers of the right hand. The left hand applies pressure to the strings to dynamically change the pitch. Now you can play this ancient Japanese instrument on your Windows Phone. Play solo or play along with the included songs. Version 1.3: * Fixed loading and tombstoning issues. * Added prompt when media is playing in the background. Version 1.1: * Bug fixes. * Ability to dismiss the intro screen by tapping on it. * Recategorized under Entertainment. Future Releases: * Additional songs * Ability to move the bridges to change the tuning.
